General conditions for the use of the Oh! CREDIT and Oh! account

The purchase or the use of the Oh! Credit or the creation and use of an Oh! account imply the full and unconditional acceptance without exceptions nor reservations of the following conditions:

  1. The card Oh! Credit is a gift certificate that contains points called Oh! Credits and is valid only on the internet site www.ohbox.ch.
  2. The card Oh! Credit can be ordered or purchased on the site www.ohbox.ch or in retail stores.
  3. To use the Oh! Credits assigned to one of the cards, the beneficiary must open a personal account on the internet site www.ohbox.ch.
  4. The beneficiary can use Oh! Credits only on the internet site www.ohbox.ch.
  5. The creation of a personal Oh! account is free of charge.
  6. The Oh! accounts can only be credited, recharged and used exclusively on the internet site www.ohbox.ch through Oh! Credit cards or through payment methods available on the internet site
  7. The purchase, crediting or use of an Oh! account or of the Oh! Credit do not provide any rights to reductions or advantages.
  8. The cards Oh! Credit are not personal and can be freely transferred or gifted to a third party beneficiary.
  9. You can purchase several cards Oh! Credit as the number of cards per person is not limited. A beneficiary of an Oh! account can credit it with one or several Oh! Credit cards.
  10. The card Oh! Credit does not have value. Only the Oh! Credits transferred to an Oh! account can be used for the purchases of Oh! experiences on the internet site www.ohbox.ch.
  11. While crediting an Oh! account, the account holder can add any value to it.
  12. The value assigned to an Oh! Credit card or transferred on an Oh! account is not entitled to interests.
  13. The balance of an Oh! account is expressed in Oh! Credits. An Oh! Credit has a nominal value of CHF 1.-.
  14. An Oh! experience can be paid for by Oh! Credits available on an Oh! account.
  15. The pictures and photographs illustrating the Oh! Experiences are not contractual and do not incur any liabilities towards the affiliate not the Oh! company.
  16. If the client does not fully utilize the balance on his/her Oh! account, he/she are not entitled to any, even partial, reimbursements.
  17. Oh!-credits transferred to an Oh!-account are valid 12 months from the date of purchase of the product or service transformed into points, after this period they lapse. If the credits were received for free, their validity is of maximum 12 months.
  18. The balance of an Oh! account can be always retrieved on the internet site www.ohbox.ch after personal login.
  19. The balance of an Oh! account or value assigned to an Oh! Credit card can not give under any circumstances the right to full or partial reimbursement in particular after the expiration date.
  20. The Oh! company declines any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Oh! Credit cards. Its holder or beneficiary are fully and only responsible persons for their safe keeping and use.
  21. In case of loss, theft or damage, the card Oh! Credit is neither reimbursed nor replaced.
  22. The holder of the card or its beneficiary must safeguard it as if the card was cash.
  23. If you have opted for a cancellation insurance from the Groupe Mutuel Assurances GMA SA you confirm having read and accepted the general conditions of insurance.
  24. The Oh! company declines all responsibility for an Oh! account used by a person other than the beneficiary.
  25. The Oh! company reserves the right to modify these general conditions at all times without any prior notice.
  26. JURISDICTION FOR ANY LITIGATION RELATED TO THESE PRESENT CONDITIONS IS GENEVA UNDER SWISS LAW.
